Layered Valentine

Hi all! We’re inching closer to St. Valentine’s day, and so today I’m sharing a card made for the Hero Arts 2018 Valentine Catalog.

Using the adorable Cherubs stamp set, I started by stamping the clouds in Mint Julep and Tide Pool on my card base, and then stamping the cupids in Pale Tomato on scrap cardstock. After die cutting, I adhered them to the base.

I then heat embossed several sentiments in White on navy cardstock, and trimmed them out. I used them to fill in the areas between the cupids, and then stamped some accents in Fresh Peach and Soft Vanilla.

I finished the card off with a sentiment stamped in Navy, and a strip of Pool layering paper and some pretty glitter tape to the bottom of the card.

Thanks so much for stopping in today and God bless!
